popolini is an Austrian manufacturer of cloth nappies and baby/children's fashion. The products are made from certified sustainable materials in the EU. What is popolini selling?
In our online shop and our stores, you will find not only popolini cloth nappies and iobio clothing, but also products from other manufacturers that complement our range for baby, child and mom; for example breastfeeding aids, care and cleaning products, baby carriers, strollers, toys, etc.

Our head office and largest store are in the 23rd district in Vienna. Currently, we have in total six stores.
Who is the management of popolini?
Viktoria Feyferlik-Niermann has been managing popolini in the 2nd generation since May 2020. The couple Gerhard and Sigrid Feyferlik founded the family business in 1991. You can find more information on the page history.

We produce our products by hand in our production in Hungary. You can find more information on the About us page.
Where do the fabrics/materials come from?
Most of the fabrics come from GOTS certified factories in Germany and Turkey. You can find more information about our materials and their origin under Materials and Fabric encyclopedia.
Which materials are used for the products?
Our organic textiles are made of natural raw materials. We pay attention to the quality and origin and use organically grown cotton and wool from controlled organic animal husbandry. You can find more information under Materials.
What certificates do popolini and iobio products have?
Our products are subject to an annual eco-audit and are tested according to the strictest guidelines.
All popolini and iobio textiles are certified according to OEKO TEX STANDARD 100, product class 1 (baby and toddler) and thus guaranteed to be low in harmful substances.
About 80% of our articles also carry the GOTS certificate. We guarantee compliance with the strictest guidelines for the cultivation and processing of natural textiles and compliance with eco-social standards.

A product of my choice is not in stock. When will it be available again?
A product (colour or size) can be available again the very next day, or sometimes it can take a little longer. Feel free to email us at webshop@popolini.com (for Switzerland: webshop.ch@popolini.com) with the desired item (product name, item number, colour, size, quantity) and we will contact you as soon as the item is available again.
I can't find a product in the online shop. What can I do?

Each nappy has individual advantages. On our website, under Tips, you will find helpful information about cloth nappies. The cloth nappy guide gives you an overview of the systems and products. Here you will also find washing and care instructions.

Which detergent do you recommend?
We recommend ecological detergents without bleach because this is healthier for your baby/toddler and the environment. For products made of wool, we recommend using only wool detergent. You can find detergents and wool care in our online shop.
Are the wool products washable in the washing machine?
Our wool products are very natural, so we recommend only pure hand wash.
My popolini covers are leaking. What can be the reason for that?
The fact that a cover is not (anymore) tight could have the following reasons:
The Velcro on my popolini nappy is no longer holding. What can I do?
We recommend always closing the Velcro before washing and cleaning it of hair, lint, etc., as needed.

We are pleased about your interest. You can find all information for trade partners in our B2B dealer portal. In the category Partner, you get all information to become our trading partner.
How do I make an order online?
Open the online shop via the menu and select a category. Alternatively, you can also enter a search term in the search (click on the magnifying glass icon above).
In the product overview, you can use the filters (e.g. size) and sorting to customize the product selection for you. Click on a product (photo or product name) to get to a product page.
On the product page, you can select the colour, size and quantity. Then click on Add to cart. Use Back or the menu to select more products and add them to the shopping cart. Click on the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner to go to the shopping cart. Here you can customize and complete your order.
In the shopping cart, you can recheck your order, remove items or change the quantity. If you have adjusted anything in the shopping cart, please click on Update Cart.
If you have a coupon or discount code, you can enter it at the payment method step below.
When you are ready to submit your order, click Next: Proceed to Checkout. You can either order as a guest and fill in the fields marked with *. If you are a registered customer, please log in, and we will automatically fill in your saved order information (name, address). If you are not registered yet, you can create an account at any time. Click on Create an account.
If the shipping address is different from the billing address, you can add it. Then select your preferred payment method.
If you agree with our terms and conditions, please confirm them and click Next.
Last step: Now, you can recheck your data and order. If you want to send the order, click on Order for payment.

Within 14 days after receiving the goods, you can return either one or more products (excluding custom-made products, technical products that are no longer in their original packaging, worn, soiled or washed clothing) to us. It is that easy:
You do not need a return slip or sticker. Please wrap the products and add information in the package with your account details, e-mail address, phone number and order number. Now you can take the package to the post office of your choice.
