My popolini diaper cover is leaking. What could be the reason?
- Does the size of the diaper cover fit my child? Please note the kg specifications.
- Does the diaper have enough absorbency? Maybe you need to increase the absorbency with another insert. This can happen as your child grows older and drinks more.
- Sometimes the diaper cover leaks at the seams after a few months; these can be resealed with cotton wax. You can find cotton wax in our online shop.
The velcro on my popolini diaper no longer holds. What can I do?

Order & Payment
How do I place an online order?
In the product overview, you can use the filters (e.g. size) and sorting to adjust the product selection for yourself.
Click on a product (photo or product name) to go to a product page.
On the product page, you can select the color, size and quantity.
Then click on Add to Cart. Via Back or the menu, you can select further products and add them to the cart. Click on the shopping cart symbol in the top right to go to the cart. Here you can adjust and complete your order.
In the shopping cart, you can check your order again, remove items or change the quantity. Please click on Update Cart if you have changed something in the cart.
If you have a voucher or discount code, you can enter it below at the Payment Method step.
When you are finished and want to send your order, click on Proceed to Checkout. You can either order as a guest and fill in the fields marked with *. As a registered customer, please log in so that we can automatically fill in your saved order information (name, address). If you are not yet registered, you can create a customer account at any time. To do this, click on Create an Account.
If the shipping address differs from the billing address, you can add it. Then select your preferred payment method.
If you agree with our terms and conditions, please confirm them and click Next.
Last step: Now you can check your data and the order again. Click on Order with Obligation to Pay if you want to submit the order.
We will automatically send you an order confirmation to your registered email address. If you chose Prepayment as the payment method, we will send you a separate email with the invoice amount and our payment details. Once your items have been shipped, you will receive another email from us.

How does prepayment work?

In the invoice, you will find the total amount and our bank details below it. Your order will be shipped to you after receipt of payment on our account.

Where can I buy a voucher?
Our vouchers are available both in the online shop and in all popolini stores. For online purchase - click in the menu on Online Shop and then on Vouchers. Here you can order a voucher online to print out yourself.
In our stores, the voucher is issued as a paper gift card.

Can I redeem the diaper voucher from my municipality in the popolini online shop?

If you don't have a customer account yet, please register in our online shop.
As soon as the diaper voucher has reached us, we will inform you by email. Now you can place your cloth diaper order. Choose Prepayment as the payment method. This way we can deduct the voucher value when creating the invoice. As soon as the payment has been received, we will ship your order.
I want to order a larger quantity of an item, but only a few are available in the online shop. Is this still possible?

The shipping costs for the return are borne by the buyer.
As soon as we have received your return package with account details and invoice, we will transfer the amount for the returned goods back to you.
