Our products are manufactured in our own GOTS-certified production facility in Tiszalök, Hungary, under the highest ecological and social standards. Over 70 dedicated employees work here to bring our vision to life: sustainable baby and children’s products crafted with genuine artisanal quality.

History & Milestones – popolini Quality Since 1991

Sigrid Feyferlik discovers modern cloth nappies in Canada and is inspired to bring this eco-friendly product to Austria.

Opening of the first “PoPoLiNo Windelhaus” shops in Austria. The first cloth nappies are imported from Japan, Canada, and the USA.

Positive customer feedback leads to the development of the first popolini cloth nappy in Europe. Materials are switched entirely to organic quality.

popolini takes over a closed textile site in Tiszalök, Hungary. Existing expertise is used to build up a fair, in-house production.

In addition to cloth nappies, organic children’s clothing is launched under the name iobio, along with home textiles – all produced fairly and sustainably in Europe.

Daughter Viktoria Feyferlik-Niermann takes over management – as a mother of three, she leads the family business into the future.

popolini products are available in numerous shops throughout Europe. Many of the initial “popolini babies” now use popolini nappies for their own children – for the next generation.
