This statement refers to data which had been generally known to us, when a customer called, calls or uses a site of BMK Handels und Vertriebs GmbH, hereinafter called "BMK". Below we give you all informations about the types of data involved and how we handle it. 1. Access data without personal reference - loggingBMK operates its own server which stores the following access data when opening the site of BMK:

Such information is is given to us in particular in the context of an order. To place an order, the the customer must enter the following personal information in a contact form:

   3. e-mail address
   4. phone number
   5. date of birth

4. BMK via its webpage:www.popolini.com stores these collected data in its database and uses it exclusively for individual communication with the customer or to fulfill the contract i.e. preparation, execution, settlement, warranty and process of withdrawal.

5. The data will be saved only until the contract has been completed. For accounting and bookkeeping reasons, the duration of such storage may last up to 10 years.

6. Other data collection and use of personal data

   1. Except when ordering the entry, the collection of personal data is necessary in the case of getting feedback, giving informations or subscription to our newsletters.    Dissemination of customer data to third parties will only take place as it is necessary to for contract execution. A dissemination of data will take place in the following cases:

   1. address data and telephon number given to shipping or forwarding companies for delivery
   2. payment data will be given to banks or payment agencies/intermediaries to process payments.
   3. A.m, data can also be given to collection agencies/ banks in case of cession of the claim
   4. Otherwise BMK will disseminate customer data to third parties only if this is necessary to prevent threats to public safety and order, especially if it is obliged to do so by law enforcement or regulatory agencies.

8. Consentual use of data

   1. For purposes of advertising, market research and public opinion BMK uses customer data only if the customer has consented. In such case the customer is asked expictly to give his/her consent in each case clicking on the inputt box next to the corresponding consent text. A disclaimer of such a consent can be given at any time.

10. The customer has a right to written information, free of charge, on the scope and the use of his personal data stored. In addition he/she has the right to rectification, blocking or erasure of his/her stored data.
