Withdrawal from the contract

1. You have the right to withdraw your contract without any reason within a period of fourteen days. The withdrawal period starts from the date on which you or any third party which has been nominated by you and is different from the forwarder has takene possession. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you need to notify to the company BMK Handels- und VertriebsgmbH, Schuhfabrikgasse 17, 1230 Vienna Austria, Tel. + 43 1 8038767 Fax. +43 1 8038758 webshop@popolini.com by way of unambiguous statement (eg a letter sent by post mail, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from the contract.You can do so by using attached form, however to use this form is not mandatory. Your right to withdrawal can also be executed by any written notification which has been sent to us within the withdrawal period.

2. Effects of withdrawal

   1. If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs with the exception of such additional costs which may have been arising from the fact that you have chosen a more expensive type of delivery than the cheaper standard type offered by us.
   2. The reimbursment will be effected without delay and no later than fourteen calendar days after the date on which your notification of withdrawal has been received by us. For any reimbursment we use the same method of payment that you have used in the original transaction, unless you explicitly have agreed otherwise. In any case there will be no charges of any fees to you for such a repayment.
   3. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods back, or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
   4. You have to return the goods immediately, not later than fourteen calendar days from the date on which your notification of your withdrawal has reached us. This deadline is met if the goods have been send before the given period.
   5. You will bear the direct costs involved for returning the goods
